The vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were collected, otherwise the guest must pay for the damage. 

If the vehicle is not returned in proper condition, Urban Drive Rental has the right to retain the deposit and additional charges may apply.

In case of non-return of the vehicle, police investigation will be initiated.
